We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We collect only what we need to provide our services — account details of business owners, and customer records, messages and call recordings that our business customers store in ChillBoss on their own behalf. We never sell personal information. Some data is processed by trusted cloud and AI providers, which may be located overseas. To access or correct your information, or to make a complaint, email hello@saleup.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
SMS and calls
Messages sent through ChillBoss are sent by or on behalf of the business you dealt with. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link. Calls answered by the ChillBoss AI receptionist identify themselves as AI and may be recorded for quality and to help the business follow up.
